Unless expressly stated in a product description, an item should not be understood to contain solid gold, silver, diamonds, or other precious materials.
We aim to display products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. These variations do not excuse a product that materially differs from its description.
Claims such as “hypoallergenic,” “waterproof,” or “anti-tarnish” apply only where expressly stated for the particular product and subject to any disclosed conditions.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance takes place when we send a dispatch confirmation.
We may be unable to accept an order because of unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, an unresolved pricing error, incomplete delivery details, or reasonable concerns about fraud or unlawful activity.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the cancelled items and associated charges, as applicable.

Wear, storage, exposure to chemicals, moisture, and handling can affect the appearance and lifespan of imitation jewellery. Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow reasonable care instructions may fall outside a voluntary warranty, subject to applicable law.
Please review the disclosed materials before purchasing if you have known sensitivities. Stop wearing an item if irritation occurs. This does not exclude responsibility for defective goods or inaccurate product claims.
